In compliance with California Government Code § 54957.5, any materials submitted to the majority of the Committee Members after distribution of this agenda that are non-exempt public records will be made available for public inspection at the City Clerk's Office during normal business hours.

Public comments are received during the Oral Communications section of the agenda. Members of the public may address the Committee on any agenda item by completing a “Speaker Request Form” indicating the agenda item or subject matter you wish to address and submit it to the recording Secretary before the item is called. All speakers shall observe civility, decorum, and good behavior.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

 

It is recommended that Committee:

Receive and file. 

SENIOR CENTER PROGRAMMING

Staff to provide an update on various activities.

MEALS ON WHEELS UPDATE

Staff to provide an update on Meals on Wheels lunch program. 

TRANSPORTATION

Staff to provide an update on Senior mobility transportation services. 

SENIOR GROCERIES UPDATE

Staff to provide an update on Senior Grocery Distribution program. 

CENTENNIAL UPDATE

Staff and / or Centennial Steering Committee members will provide an update on Centennial activities. 

SENIOR ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING FREQUENCY

Staff will provide an update on the meeting frequency. 

SENIOR CENTER PARKING

Staff will provide an update on parking around the Senior Center. 

STAFF COMMENTS

Staff to discuss updates. 

The Senior Advisory Committee will adjourn to a Regular Meeting on November 12, 2026, at 11:00a.m., at Placentia City Hall.
